Reference the report of the first IALA/IHO Workshop in 2022. To update the existing guideline G1106

To update the existing guideline G1106

Compelling need :

At the joint IALA-IHO workshop at September 2022 in Alesund it was recognized that the current guideline is not aligned with the current version of S-100. The guideline was based on S-100 ed. 1 which is out of date.

One of the workshop conclusion was: “IALA should consider updating Guideline G1106 on S-2xx management to include version control and update procedures etc. “ This validates the update of G1106

At ARM19, The working group discussed the draft revision and amendments were made in the document. There was general consensus about keeping the G1106 IALA specific and refer to IHO standards as much as possible. Further work on the guideline will be done intersessionally and members can report to the TG lead if they want to participate.
