At ARM19, Work was progressed on this guideline during the week. Unfortunately the task group has received no new examples of best practice on QMS so the existing examples in the guideline will be unchanged. The VTS Committee has finalised the Guideline on QMS for VTS service, so sections in the guideline referring to VTS operations have been edited out of the draft guideline.
